Sorry we do not offer refunds.

Exchanges

We have 5 a day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a exchange, you can contact us at simplicity.beautybar@yahoo.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted, nor shipped back to you.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note we do not provide or pay for return shipping labels or fees. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a store credit for the price you paid of the item being returned as an exchange. Shipping fee will not be reimbursed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24hrs of delivery, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), and for hygiene purposes, garments (such as swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, & undergarments). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/ exchanges on sale/clearance items or gift cards. These items are considered final sale.
